Research Interests: N. R. Aluru received his Ph.D. from Stanford University in 1995. He is an associate professor in the UIUC Department of Mechanical Science and Engineering and a fulltime faculty member in the Beckman Institute Computational Multiscale Nanosystems group. His fields of professional interest are microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), microfluidics, BioMEMS, numerical methods, and parallel algorithms.
